September 2006: The spring meeting of TWA will be in Austin as the legislature will be in session. The exact date is to be determined. October 6th, 2005 - Free Web Sites: TQMS Inc. has offered to create and maintain a company web site for all members of the Texas Warehouse Association who do not have a website. TQMS Inc. is a quality management consulting and software company located in Ontario Canada. There is no charge or fees for the creation of these web sites except for the monthly fee for the IP Address where the website resides. TQMS Inc. uses a company in Atlanta to host the IP Addresses and the monthly fee is $ 29.00. However, if you have your own server, TQMS Inc can create your web site and send it to you to be hosted on your own server. October 6th, 2005 - Paperless Management System: TQMS Inc. presented their Continuous Improvement Software (CIS) that includes a paperless (electronic) set of procedures and forms that conform to ISO 9001:2000, HACCP, Security and Chemical Management at the Texas Warehouse Association Convention in San Antonio. The members that attended were impressed with the system and many members decided to take advantage of the special offer that was made to all the members.
